ABSTRACT
Guidelines for abstract submission
- Registration for NAPTICON 2024 is mandatory before submission of the abstract
- Abstract of Original Research can be submitted for oral/ poster presentation ( a case report allowed for poster session)
- Only single entry is allowed for each delegate. Participants can submit abstract either for oral or poster session.
- Submit the abstract under any of the following categories
- Experimental pharmacology
- Clinical pharmacology (Observational studies like Prescription audit, KAP, PV, PE studies, etc.)
- Clinical pharmacology (Drug interventional studies)
- Medical Education Technology
- Systematic review/ Meta-analysis
- Please mention your preference for the mode of presentation- Oral/ Poster while submitting the abstract.
- The abstract should be structured (Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion) with a maximum word count limit of 250 words, except for case report. Please mention the ethics committee approval reference number in the methodology section.The word count excludes the title of the abstract, name(s) of the author(s) and affiliations.
- Font types: Times New Roman
- Please include below mentioned headings in the abstract in the suggested font size:-
- Submit your abstract in the template for abstract submission for a poster or oral presentation through the link provided herewith.
- Online submission of the abstract is permitted only through the link provided here with.
- Name abstract file as your initial name/Registration number (e.g. Chaitali/0211).
- Authors will be acknowledged for the acceptance/rejection of the abstract after scrutiny by the scientific committee.
- All oral / poster presentations will be conducted physically at NAPTICON 2024, no online presentation will be allowed.
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the souvenir of the NAPTICON 2024.
- The paper should not have been presented at any other conference or not been published in any journal.
- Originality, plagiarism, and copyright: The originality of the research, the abstract, and the posters must all be guaranteed by the authors. Additionally, it is the author's responsibility to ensure that the research presented at this conference has received the proper ethical and regulatory approval, if applicable.
- The presentation date, time, and venue will be communicated by the scientific committee after a review of all the abstracts.
