It is my proud privilege as the Organising secretary of NAPTICON-2024 to welcome you all to the 3rd National Annual Conference of National Association of Pharmacology & Therapeutics in the orange city, Nagpur. We are fortunate to organise this two-day conference in AIIMS Nagpur preceded by one-day pre- conference workshop.

The Department of Pharmacology was established in the year 2019 with an intent of imparting quality education for both undergraduate and post graduates. Currently the department runs 3 programs MBBS, MD (Pharmacology) and PhD. The department of Pharmacology, AIIMS Nagpur is recognized as an ADR monitoring centre under Pharmacovigilance Program of India and also holds the Institutional Ethics Committee (NABH Accredited, registered with CDSCO & DHR).Department of Pharmacology provides innovative teaching and learning techniques, skill lab facilities, state of the art museum, excellent infrastructure for postgraduate teaching, antimicrobial stewardship, prescription audit, medication error reporting and prevention and contribute effectively in drug development.
